Our after-sales service is organized by our Technical Services Department. - Training bulletins for erecting and start-up of the crane systems

- User manuals and quick start-up guides

- Spare parts lists and relevant recommendations & tips

- Supply of spare parts

- Supply of occupational security equipment

- Automation applications and projects
 

 

Scope of KILAVUZ After-Sales Team services:

Within this department, our “After-Sales team” is running all after-service operations at highest standards, all around Turkey.

- Erecting and start-up of crane systems

- Supervising services

- Periodical maintenance

- Repair-replacement

- Overhauling and modernisation

- Repair & maintenance for machine & equipment which its

  warranty period has expired

- Repair & maintenance for machines & equipment within

  warranty period

- Automation applications and projects.
